WHY DOES THE RICH MARRIES THE RICH

Many people today tend to wonder why does the division of class in the society also affects the relationship cycle. We asked questions and all we could hear is that BECAUSE YOU'RE POOR.

No doubt that we all want to live a luxury life as a poor man you don't mind getting married to the daughter of the most richest man in Africa. This isn't the main, we all see opportunities and not expenses. But the question is why does the rich marries the poor.

1. THE MEETING POINT: It'll interest you to note that all rich ladies and guys have their own meeting point, anybody found there is considered to be a rich or coming from a wealthy background. This meeting point can be a relaxation centre, Luxury clubs, Private Universities, shopping malls and companies where they work. These are some of the meeting point where the poor can not afford to step in, so if you can't afford this, how then can you meet him/her talk more of establishing relationship?

2. STATUS QUO: Any rich guy/lady you find today always strive to maintaining their status quo. No individual from a wealthy background wants to downgrade himself financially just to match up the standard of the poor. As such they tend to find who has an equal standard so as to maintain the status.

3. PARENTAL INFLUENCE: Most wealthy parents sees the poor as goal diggers. in fact how can a father who has invested a lot on his child, allows him to go marry a poor jobless person who scripturizes every opportunity that come his way in the name of love. They feel insecure, contemptuous, amidst their fellow and sometimes view it as mockery of the century, as such they strive to see they influence the best.

4. GENERATIONAL TREND: Some wealthy persons desire to keep their name trending even after leaving this world. They make sure they influence themselves to creating more attention through their children. Eg some always make their ways to royalty by giving out their children to people who has the blood of royalty flowing in their vain. This has nothing to do with the poor as the case may be.

5. GIVE AND TAKE: This simply means wealthy parents always give out their Sons/Daughters to the rich in exchange for something. This can be a business deal that may arise between the family, to compliment such, the put their children as part of the condition to sealing those deals.

6. FEAR IN ALL RAMIFICATIONS: The rich has this believe that poverty is a decease that affects one even psychologically.

WHO WILL LEAD US IN

The battle is not for that weak

It isn't for the stone, arrow and bow

It isn't for the cheap talk nor the gentle

it isn't for the Irigwe, Jarawa nor Langtang alone

It isn't for the youth, old, Beauty nor handsome

It isn't for the rich, poor or the middle class

It isn't for the single, married or confused.

This is the battle of conscience, fate

and trust

This is the battle of Confidence and wisdom.

This is the battle of the Violence

This is the battle of Truth

This is the battle of the sword edge

This is the battle of unity to defeat.

They come in unity to kill and destroy while we feel the pain in disunity

They come with a motive while we approach them with a smile and sentiment cut across tribal, ethnicity, religion and cultural.

Who will lead us in?

It's the question of him who lost confidence in the state of security in the nation

It's the question of him who foresaw his family if he dies in the battle

It's the question of him whom have lost the zeal to mope the nihilist

It's the question of him who is seeing the state deteriorating.

MOTIVE

On several occasions I've heard people say they've been praying for something but till date no answer, they tithe and pray, they go to church and partake in the activities but still no answer.

Dear Friend

God has his own way and time of answering you, but the question is how do you ask God for what you want and what could be your motive. James 4:2-3 clearly exposed a secret you need to understand.

God didn't answer you because your motive is not clear and certain for him to give you what you desire. when you pray for God to bless you with a car so that you'll impress your neighbors, that's a wrong motive. You pray to marry that lady just because you had an argument with friends, that's a wrong motive. You pray to be wealthy just to suppress the poor, that's a wrong motive.

Your motive determines if God should answer you or not. Take a rethink on why you want God to answer that prayer and make amends because you can hide your motive from men but God sees everything. Good morning!

DAVIDO

Gowing up till this time, I've never had a moment to like David Adeleke because I believe he don't sing the pattern of music I like. Few months ago I was in a seminar where i met a friend whom was a die hard fan, he wallpaper Davido on his tab and was playing one of his music. I asked him to reduce or off the entire music cause nobody is a fan here, he replied me by saying "There's something I just like about Davido so just let me be"

YES there's something remarkable about Davido. The moment I saw on the news, the donation and other things, I became so zealous to seeing what that money would be used for. Boom! 250,000,000 now listen.

No matter how you see it is your own perspective, David understood one of the secrets to pleasing God (Giving). He understood the God's Religion in James 1:27.

He has woken up all the sleeping churches whom must have neglected one of their responsibilities of providing to the orphans and widows to Building of private Universities and buying of private Jets. David has preached a remarkable and undiluted message of Christ to the world by action.

MEMORIES

Few years ago when I was about to leave the University as a graduate, I became so Confused, Sad, Disheartened. A friend walked to my space to see how I'm doing, he met me sitting on my bed "VanWest you ain't looking good at all" I've to pretend that things were just fine.

I wasn't so sad because I'm a dumb, heart broken by a girl or leaving the environment. I was consciously not happy because I established a costly relationship with people at the tail end and couldn't afford to loose them. This was something I could've done long time ago, I was sad because I invested shortly in people with open minds but some might never get to meet me again. Sad because I drew a landmark in the lives of many but never had the chance to explain.

My relationship with the open mind was truncated by time.

DEAR FRIEND

One of the most Unforgettable moments in life is to costly invest in people at the right time. This could be through your words, giving and Attitude towards people. Create a good relationship that may be endless. Sometimes you may not be the benefactor but someone somewhere shall feel your handwork and pray for you. Good morning to you.

CRIMINAL OF CONSCIENCE

Few years ago in the University, I've had a friend whom I considered to be a brother. We built a good relationship to the extent that we can't do without checking  on each other even in the morning when we wake up. Gbash is an intelligent student with an open heart, quick to understanding situations and time conscious, a teacher and a law breaker as well.

We used to meet in dark corner where only him can explain. the question is, as a criminal of conscience, what did I stole from him?

1. Humbleness: This is one of the best thing I've learned so far. This has been part of Gbash lifestyle. I've severally met him in tight situations where sacrificing his time to meeting someone else's need is always his priority.

2. Diligence: I've stolen the habit of exercising diligence to achieving what I want in life. Gnash is so vulnerable to new ideas and finding means to achieving his set goals. I attested to this evening with the little time we've stayed.

3. Courage: Even though we've had moments cut across academics, social and political. This dude never seized to amaze me in all ramifications even in his confine. I've seen that seal to pursuing what's right. This has been a stolen character.

4. Socialization: Could this be the wearing of jumpa and a nice cap or that polo and a nice jeans. Is it the expression of his yarning power to ...... or the goat meat and drinks on one of his birthday celebration. This I can't steal any.

LET YOUR HUMILITY SPEAK

Two days ago I went to a garden to rest my head after a long time work, this has been my new way of restrategizing and innovating new ideas. With me is my humble Suya and a gentle holandia.

Immediately I entered the garden, I found a place where I can put my body and soul together, so I sat down and played a music "Desperate" by GUC.

Two little children came around playing with their toy cars, one came to me and asked about whose car is the best, I replied by saying that of her sister, Boom! we established a kiddy conversation. They asked me about my name and other things which I replied accordingly. I realized that these kids are wise enough to sale someone.

Few minutes later, a man sitting across waved at me and instantly came around trying to pick his children, they refused to follow him till the point that their father have to sit for another round of the play. we began a serious introduction and there he narrated how he becomes a single father.

Mr Josh got married to his wife in one of the western states in Nigeria, they loved each other to the point that they proposed an annual vacation in the United State. They were blessed with two beautiful and intelligent daughters. Life has been a smooth ride until when his wife decided to travel to see her people. She lately involved in a ghastly moto accident that led to cutting one of her legs, she has to resign from her work due to her condition.

Since then, Mr Josh has been up and doing, trying to maintain the status quo. I looked at the Children and I saw happiness, beautiful smiles and Courageous mindset. I foresaw commitment in the side of this young man.

When a man is humble and embrace humility, things begin to fall into place, real men don't walk away amidst challenges, they fight it to the fullest.

MARTHA ANKOMAH THE LEGENDARY

Ankomah was born in Accra, Ghana, as the first-born of her single mother, she's 35 years old, always think straight as a lady with positive mindset. Ankomah as recalled encountering several challenges during her childhood which came as the results of one taking dual responsibilities, though she was opportune to have attended school from the high school till her University.

Ankomah which i consider one of the best actress in Ghana was introduced into acting through her cousin in 1994 which gave her the opportunity to showcase her talent.

As a positive minded lady, Ankomah disclosed during an interview with Hitz FM in 2016 that henceforth she would only consider roles that are morally just and bring about positive change in the society. In September 2018, she clarified her position, explaining that she can assume any role in a film as long as it passes a positive message to its audience.

MY CHOICE (EPISODE 2)

DAY 2

I entered school around 8:12am. I sat just before the MPH and dialed the number Pwababy called me with yesterday...

Phone ringing.....

ME:  Hello Pwababy

HAFSAT:  Hi, this is not Pwababy, I'm Hafsat how can I help you?

ME: Ok, sorry I just want to speak to Pwababy for something urgent if you don't mind can you please help I have her missing phone with me that's why.

HAFSAT: Ok sir, let me talk to her in the other room cause she just came in from home to the hostel now.

ME:  No problem I'll be grateful.

CALL ENDED...

I felt discouraged at that moment because Pwababy should be the one to be looking out for me not the other way round.

The next call was by Pwababy and we met at the Accounting department...

Pwababy seems to be good looking, fair in complexion, tall and pretty. She speaks fluently and courageous, in her words I see her field of study and  due to her nature I think something good could come out of her.

instantly I thought of having a brilliant and pretty friend to cruze before I get off this campus lolx see wetin devil the push me do...

Pwababy left with her phone and I find my own way home too...

After my daily activities, I went home to prepare for the evening tutorials and night reading, my phone rang at 7:10pm Boom!!! that was Pwababy calling to say thanks and to me it's a perfect time to say something. we fixed an appointment to meet tomorrow afternoon. After dropping that call I felt crazy so I went straight to TetFund 8 where we sink our materials into the brain.

As a sharp student I choose to call a friend who can help explain the current topic because anytime I choose to read it myself that night, I always see Pwababy on the pages of my book...

MY CHOICE (EPISODE 1)

Life can be good to some people and tricky to others. I'm a full time student in Adsu, as a guy I try to leave a simple and careful lifestyle on campus due to the orientation I've received from home and other senior colleagues in the school.

Sometimes I wonder why would my fellow colleagues tend to respect me the more, some always want to be with me most especially the ladies in class. I never took academic grading too serious like that but I'm still riding on 4.2 CGPA in one of the most scary departments so far. God has blessed me with dimples that make me also shine like a diamond and so is my spiritual lifestyle.

One faithful morning, I was about to enter the science complex for my practical class Boom!  I saw a small modern Samsung phone at the Entrance, I quickly picked up the phone and decided that I'll trace the owner. The phone began to ring and that almost threw me out of the class, instantly I discovered the mobile has no password so I switched it off and keep it in my pocket.

Hour later, I got done my class and I walked a friend off to the female hostel. I was tempted to tell her about the phone until when she left in. I removed the phone and called the 3 numbers that has been disturbing; Pwababy, Mama Chemist and joe. trust me I know you'll be asking why didn't I call the guy instead the ladies, that one na u sabi...

Phone ringing......

MEHello good morning, who am I speaking with?

PWABABYSorry for disturbing sir, please this is my phone and I misplaced it yesterday while I went to school.

ME:  I see... I also picked the phone yesterday on my way to class but don't bother yourself I'll call you tomorrow morning in school and give it to you.

PWABABY: Ok sir, but what time because I'll be in school from 7:30am.

ME:  Lady calm down I'll call you I said...

THE ARMLESS VICTIMS

 Today, we cry in agony

We cry in distress

We cry for our generation

We cry for the future of the younger

We cry for the fruitless efforts of our parents

Today, we're prisoner of conscious

we find peace outside but unrest in our home where we thought we're saved.

I can feel the illumination

It's excruciating

I can feel the anger amidst the silent heart

I can feel the washing away of morals

I can feel the distance between evil and humanity

I can feel the shiver down the spine of the innocents

The silence is getting deeper

far deep like a mining bloc

We're all sinking gradually

All hands must be on deck so

That we can drink water and

keep cup.

THE BELIEVE

Have you ever bought something for an old woman/man around the hood and he/she got to bless you in return?

Have you ever helped an aged woman, she decided to give you money in return and you say no then he blessed you in return?

Have you ever created a scene where the old woman out there laughed and wish you stay till tomorrow?

Dear Friends,

There are many secret ways to attract the natural blessings of God.

Trust me today that the old people in the community like Jenta who are living a pleased life has the tendency to transform your stagnancy towards success by just a display of true and genuine connection of character and their words fit in.

There has been a time I say to myself that an old woman cannot buy something and pay in my presence when I'm capable to do for her.

"Hebrews 7:7 And without doubt the lesser is blessed by the greater."

When you bless that old woman regardless of her status, religion, tribe, ethnicity. You attract the ever flowing blessings of God. Its starts from somewhere.

You may be longing for Job, Admission, Fruit of the womb, a new apartment, car etc. I bet to tell you this morning that in this journey, you have a critical role to play, show up that hunger to God by doing something that'll attract his full attention. Good morning and have a great day ahead.

EMPTY RICHNESS IN JENTA

As a good observer, I've realized that there are some so-called families around the hood who proved to living a wealthy man's lifestyle.

They care less about who and what's happening to other families around, they hardly visit nor interact with neighbors, you greet them, they remain mute thinking you want to infect them with Covid-19, they always maintain a constant lock on their gates, they care less about the community gathering, better still they contribute nothing to the growth of the entire community.

Dear Family,

If you possess such characters listed above, I'll strongly advise you to stop.

Life is challenging and something you cannot predict. You know today but only God knows tomorrow.

You can't continue to display such heinous attitude to the have not and still expect God to be happy. We're all humans and commanded to love one another just as our creator did.

We in Jenta have a common goal that makes us stand together (UNITY). I don't care what tribe are you (Irigwe, Berom, Tarok, Buji and even the non Indigens).

Unity in diversity is what we live upon and that alone has kept us. Be a conscience family so that you'll be remembered some day.

LET'S START FROM SOMEWHERE

Yesterday, I decided to stroll around my hood (Jenta Adamu), I saw two little children walking home after school, I was convinced to ask them few questions.

Me: What are your names

Them: Simi and Rot

Me: What are you discussing

Simi: Uncle our mummy said we should not spent time to return from school so bye bye.

Rot: Uncle Simi said I failed my assignment and she'll not give me her car to play with.

Immediately, they both ran away without even thinking twice. I want to let us know today that big achievement starts from little beginning. I was so happy to hear my younger ones discussing issues that could bring solution to the contemporary problems we're facing.

I was also perplexed because children are now challenging themselves towards greatness, but the question is how can we as parents invest in this?

As parents, we equally have a huge task at hand, we've failed in the past such that the society is now paying us back with crimes in all ramifications. But trust me, we can still revamp our lost glory.

- Teach your children more about your faith

- Teach your children morals not heinous attitude.

- Teach your children sex education.

- Start building them towards their goals and aspirations

- Teach them how to separate good from bad and not to stop them from playing with neighbors.

- Teach them about who holds the future.

We can rewrite our story by bringing the young generation into light.
