MARRIAGE AND EX LOVERS

Friendship with your EX can't continue after marriage. If they missed you so bad they should have married you instead of dumping you. Now that you are married, they should please step aside while you enjoy your marriage!
Some EX lovers are stubborn! They suddenly wake up, realized all the goodies they missed and start hunting for you in the name of friendship. If you are naive, you fall for their crap, go back to soothing them and helping them where their spouses have failed. Stories abound of married people having affairs with their EX. Adultery is the end result of that folly.
Emotions don't die. All the feelings you have for all your EX lovers haven't disappeared. They are simply surpressed. They are there, lieing dormant silently, noiselessly until the object of tne emotional attraction shows up and there is an explosion!
You suddenly discover you have hidden passion that can go haywire for an EX while still under your husband's roof or while you are married to the best woman in the world.
Guard your heart is what the holy book says. You have no single business with your EX after marriage. They made a choice not to marry you and now that you are happily married they should leave you alone and let you enjoy your marriage in peace......

downgrading all trials of falsification.

ASUU STRIKE

As students in various universities are anxious to get the new gist,
The Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, will on Friday hold a National Executive Council meeting to determine the direction of the ongoing national strike, PREMIUM TIMES can report.

The meeting will be holdingafter national branches equally held meetings on Wednesday to decide on whether the strike should continue or not.

All branch chairmen are expected to be in Abuja on Thursday while the meeting is tentatively expected to end on Saturday after which a decision will be communicated to Nigerians.

When contacted on the planned meeting, the ASUU President, Biodun Ogunyemi, said he would only speak after the meeting had been held.

“We cannot react now but after the NEC meeting we will speak on the developments,” he told PREMIUM TIMES on phone.

Several branch chairmen and officials spoken to declined to provide information on the decision of their branches on the strike, saying they had been asked not to speak to journalists.

“We held special congresses today. I cannot divulge outcome of the meeting but we held a meeting on the strike action,” Tomi Damson, secretary of Lagos State University branch of ASUU said.

The chairman of another branch of the union in a southern university also spoke on the interim report received from the branches.

“From the Southern part of the country and some parts of the North, universities voted for continuation of the strike; but we cannot tell now until after the meeting of NEC,” the don said.

The union went on strike on August 13 to protest against poor welfare and poor funding of universities, a move that led to the Federal Government inviting the body for negotiations. ASUU then sent the details of the negotiation to its branches for further deliberation.

The Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu had expressed hope that the strike would be suspended this week.

In a related development, the Ibadan zone of the union has condemned the “continued victimisation of lecturers in University of Ilorin.”

The zonal coordinator, Ade Adejumo, who said this in a press statement alleged that the Vice Chancellor of the university, Ganiyu Ambali, was victimising ASUU members in the university, a situation he said could lead to further prolonging the ongoing national strike.

Attempts to reach Mr. Ambali proved abortive as he did not answer phone calls or reply messages sent to him.

COLD WAR

So many miserable, bitter, frustrated & hateful people everywhere I look.
It's really scary and saddening.
Please oh, what do people gain by hurting innocent people?

What do they gain by spreading gossips and false information about others?
How do people enjoy dragging innocent and harmless people through the mud just to pull trafic to their page?

Why can't people live and let live?
Today, it's the turn of a young family.
People saw a picture of a reverend father, a couple and their baby son, they quickly concluded that the baby is the reverend father's biological son because they resemble.

They were saying the reverend father "anointed" the woman with the pregnancy of her son.
From the information I gathered, the reverend father and the baby boy's mother are siblings, but the people spreading the wicked gossip all over social media deliberately ommited that very important part.

Trust dumb Nigerians to love such gossips.
You can only imagine the pain the family will be going through now.
Last week Penocrat was the target of one delinquent attention seeker.
Another young lady is also being mailinged and blackmailed all over Facebook for the past two days or so.

I really don't understand what the hell has happened to humanity.
There are terrible people out there, there are so many ills in our society that needs to be corrected.

The government is robbing us blind, people are sick, hungry and jobless.
Women and children are suffering, nothing is working, but we leave all that and concentrate on pulling others down, hating each other's tribe and religion.

Social media is really becoming very toxic.
Everyone please watch your back.
As you are gloating over someone's misfortune today, bear it in mind that tomorrow it may be your turn.
Don't be surprised to see your praise singers today among your persecutors tomorrow.

I hate seeing people being obnoxious i mean 
people who gain their popularity in a nasty way, 
you smoke they call you Senior man, you drink 
they call you Shayo, you sex they call you 
Jagaban etc
Remember you shall reap what you sown.

WHY DO YOU NEED A MENTOR.

WHO IS YOUR MENTOR?

Its been a tough moment when we 
tend to walk along with successful 
people whom till date we can't 
seems to point out our page in 
their dairy. When they speak, 
we copy, we tend to copy the 
way they dress, walk and 
even the way they eat.

Hmmm! Why do i need a 
mentor and what qualifies 
me to have a mentor.
I come to realize that we are 
in a little world where we 
allow society to dictate what 
we want, what we need and 
above all what we will need 
tomorrow.

Having a mentor is just a process 
of setting a guiding principles in 
taking off our life journeys in 
other not to go astray. 
-Mentors are not meant to be 
worshiped rather they are 
meant to serve as proves that such lifestyle has existed before, 
-Mentors are not the last men standing rather they serve as icons.
-Mentors are not the final whistle rather the echo being blown.

WHAT QUALIFIES ME TO HAVE A MENTOR.
- Attitudinal change.
- Fear of disastrous ending.
- For motivation.
- To justify my thought by their achievements.
